Ancasa Royale Pekan Ramadan Buffet | Kampung Boy Theme

Finally an update in May. If you notice, I've been absent from blogging for quite a while. Sorry for that. Thank you so much to everyone who passes by while I was away. Last few months I was invited to an event that took place in Pekan, Pahang. Will explain more about the event down below. Feel free to read it okay.

Ancasa Hotels & Resort is known to be one of the hotels own by UDA Holdings Berhad (UDA)  that is located in several places including Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Terengganu and also Seremban. Some of the hotels were called Ancasa Hotel & Spa and Ancasa Express @ Pudu in Kuala Lumpur, in Seremban they are known as Ancasa Residences Port Dickson, Kuala Terengganu Golf Resort (KTGR) and lastly Ancasa Royale Pekan, Pahang the one I went to last time.

Felt so lucky to be invited to their Ramadan Buffet Launching themed Kampung Boy which took place at the Ancasa Royale Pekan. Every time Ramadan came every year, each and every hotel would introduce their own special menu. Ancasa Royale Pekan, Pahang, of course, would be doing the same by not letting this golden chance slipped in marketing their very own special menu that will be served along the fasting month. They are choosing 'Kampung Boy' as the theme which is interrelated with the current campaign called "Stay. Dine & Win" that will end on the 14th July 2018. Believe it or not, it's the very same date as the final match for the Football World Cup 2018. No wonder its Kampung Boy-themed. He loves football too remember .^^

The one which they had last year was so responsive that the customers' response was encouraging, Ancasa Royale, Pekan decided to keep the same concept, village kinda style cooking for this year Ramadan Buffet.

With the concept called "Kampung Boy", as a result of the cumulative ideas by all the chefs from Ancasa Royale, Pekan that are experienced in cooking all sorts of traditional Malay dishes they decided to take it to another level by adding more to the menus. This time as well they'll be including the dishes which are famous all over Pahang.

Let me share with you some of the photos I took during the event since I got no words to describe it as it was so mouthwatering tbh. Personally, I love all the dishes ad their presentation was not bad at all. Starting from the main dishes until the dessert, it was all so satisfying to see and seriously delicious. You know there's this feeling of being in a hometown where you long to be. If you know what I mean.

These are some of their traditional cooking all together with various of dish or 'ulam-ulaman' and not only that, there are more on the outside of the hotel.

And here comes my favorite part. DESSERTS. I love all their desserts. Too bad I was too full and couldn't take in any more food. Would've taken everything on a plate or more if not for my tummy was already so full. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Everything looks so damn good that I wish I could stay a little longer and try the other dishes. All in all, it was great. These are not all but just a part of it. Comparing to another hotel, I believe Ancasa Royale offers a very affordable price to both adults and children. The price offered is as followed:
                                                                    RM68 / nett adult
                                                                    RM40 / nett child (age 4 - 12 y/o)

But, if you buy a voucher before 12 Mei 2018, you'll get a lower price that is RM58. (This might not be valid anymore since this post is a bit late but I still got to mention this here).

For more information or any booking in Ancasa Hotels & Resort, feel free to go to their website at www.ancasahotels.com or contact them directly through their number here at 03 2026 6060 to get the best price offered.
