RAPH & REMY offers you personalized gift for the newborns

RAPH & REMY offers you personalized gift for the newborn | I've always been wondering about what to get for a newborn baby whenever someone close to me gave birth to a baby. Whether it's a girl or a boy, getting and giving baby's cloth has always been the most preferred choice. But what concerns me most is which and what to pick. I've always had no idea what to bring them. Who's with me?
Recently, I found an interesting website that allows me to choose and personalized my own picks. Cool isn't it?

Petaling Jaya Restaurants and Where and What to Do?

Petaling Jaya restaurants and where and what to do? | It has been so long since I last went to Kuala Lumpur especially since the MCO started. Okay is it better to spell out MCO or PKP? Even though it has been a while and that the PKP has almost ended I am still confused. Now that they're so many versions of it, the confusion keeps on coming.

Hello June!

Hi everyone. It has been a while and I missed replying to all the comments that you guys left me. I am in the middle of replying to it but it might take a while since I'm a bit busy with a lot of things. Gonna take my time read everything thoroughly.

Eid Mubarak

While everybody was busy preparing for Eid Mubarak, I am here resting trying to recover. The waether was really hot these days but I'm not surprised by it. I'm a little bit unwell and in pain however I'm better now. Thank goodness we're not allowed to go anywhere this year. Yes, I really am grateful actually. We got to stay home which means we can just rest and spend more time at home. Isn't that great?

How to Calm Down?

How to calm down? | I've been wanting to write this for quite some time and left it in the draft for so many months. I'm sure some of us know how anxiety feels and there will also be those who don't really know what anxiety really is. My anxiety hits me hard and I had a hard time doing my usual routines. It affects a lot of things.

My Scheming Blackhead Removal from Watson review

My Scheming Blackhead Removal from Watson review | I found this Blackhead Removal at Watson a few weeks ago and decided to try it. It was way before the Movement Restriction starts so don't get me wrong. I don't go out much except for when it is necessary for grocery shopping and buying what I need.

Since the Movement Control Order enforcement starts, I haven't properly given proper care for my skin. The only thing I did was cleaning it with cleanser and applying moisturizer. My pores are crying and the blackheads, as well as whiteheads, are screaming trying to get out. That's when I realized an operation is needed, and My Scheming Blackhead Removal came to the rescue

Packaging & Directions

First of all, I really love black and the fact that the packaging is black was the reason I decided to put it into my Watson shopping cart and it causes me like RM9+(if I'm not mistaken). This was the only one available as I am aware that there's another one in a box called my scheming blackhead removal activated carbon set but it's not available at the store at the time. I saw a lot of people reviewing them.  Plus I rarely use them, so this one is just enough to try on.

For those who are unfamiliar with how to apply it, there will always be a step by step instruction given on the packaging

First Step

2nd step

3rd Step

My scheming blackhead removal was quite effective as it pulls out a lot of my blackheads and whiteheads on my nose. It did a good job cleaning up my pores. Since I haven't properly taken good care of my pores, it seems to be a bit messy and it was not fun touching skin while cleaning my face. It doesn't felt smooth at all. You know how that feels right.

As far as I'm concern, there weren't lots of blackhead removal that actually move me and get me excited with the result. Maybe my method was wrong or it was the product that wasn't worth trying. There's one in mind that I'm accustomed to but I haven't got the time (forgot, actually) to review it. Maybe I'll review that one later.

I don't have much problem with my pores but once in a while, it does get on my nerves. It will really help if you use it after you've showered or taken a bath before applying it so that your pores are wide open. Still, I think that in order for this to really clear out your pores you will either have to have really clogged pores or get the application process spot on.

I apologize if the picture is grossing you out but here is a picture of the gunk that came out of my pores. It's pretty satisfying to see this coming out from your pores.

  • I think it's affordable for something as effective as this.
  • Removes the blackhead
  • Smoother skin

  • I don't like the smell
  • Although it removes the blackheads smaller ones are harder to be removed.
  • You can only use once

Conclusions and honest thoughts on my scheming blackheads removal

All in all, apart from the smell I am satisfied with the result. I think it's a pretty good product. You can't expect a perfect result from it since our skin is very unique and special in its own way. The result we wanted doesn't always come in one go. It involves a lot of effort and trials. Maybe with frequent use, you'll get a better result.

I wasn't expecting it to remove completely everything as it takes more than that to do so. I am not disappointed but rather glad that at least there are little changes to it. My nose feels smooth after one application. I don't really follow the instructions given as I am well aware of what to do with it when it comes to blackhead remover. It's basically the same process. But if you're unsure you can always refer the instructions at the back of the packaging.

I always like the fact that this kind of product came with a pore tightening serum as it is very important to close up your pores after clearing up the gunk out of them. Some may not provide it but my choice would be the ones with pore opener (blackhead emerges mask) and pore tightening serum to complete the steps.

Less is more and I don't regret trying it. Plus, I've already got myself another pack of My Scheming Blackhead Removal for my next use.

Where to get My Scheming Blackhead Removal

I've never really checked it at other stores but you can definitely get this one from Watson.

What say you? Would you try it?

Here's an extra request.

If you're an online shopper and love shopping through Shopee, feel free to click and shop using my link. I'll be grateful if you do so. SHOP HERE okay. *wink

Simple Nutella Milkshake Recipe

Simple Nutella milkshake recipe | For the last couple of weeks I've been craving for something sweet to drink. I know this Nutella milkshake has been going around viral for quite a while but I haven't had the chance to try it. Rarely had a Nutella at home, that's why.

Since, I bought Nutella a few weeks ago and now it's almost finished I decided to try the Nutella milkshake with only Nutella and milk. I go as minimal as I can and use whatever I have. The main reason was I don't want to waste every little bit of Nutella that was left inside. You know how expensive it is.

I rarely drink milkshake now since I decided to cut my sugar intake for health purpose. But once in a while would be okay right.

I've been thinking of trying so many interesting and simple recipe for drinks but I don't have much ingredients to start with. Not gonna go out just to buy those ingredients since we're restricted from going out and I need to save some money to survive. I'm not obsessed with Nutella but I suddenly have this thought of trying to do something with the Nutella.

To my surprise it sure taste amazing. Never thought of trying to put anything into it since I'm afraid it would taste weird but maybe a scoop of vanilla ice cream would do next time.

Ingredients for my simple Nutella milkshake will be only these two
  • Nutella
  • Milk
  1. For the Nutella, it is up to you to use how many tbsp but as for me, I'm using all that is left inside the jar.
  2. Since I don't have any fresh milk, I used powdered milk (Ensure Gold). Yep that would do. Heat up the milk before you put it inside the jar.
  3. Now all you need is Nutella jar. Put the milk inside the container and shake it.
  4. Nutella milkshake is all done. Have a sip. You'll be surprised of how good it taste.

Yup it's very little since I was just in an experimenting mood. Please imagine me wearing a white coat and a big glasses while shaking the milkshake haha. I'm a bit scared to try at first but you'll never get anything from being scared all the time. I'm glad I tried. Next time, I'll try with fresh milk.

A piece of your mind drama review

A piece of your mind drama review | If you've followed me for the past few years, you should know that I've never once written about movie or drama reviews. Most of time I enjoy writing about lifestyle. Since I'm not really good at writing reviews, I'm trying my best to keep on learning and write a better one.

If you know me, I'm not the kind who enjoys the romance genre. I don't favour cringe lines and dialogues in a scene. I tend to skip all those parts all the time. Since I enjoy fast paced kinds of movies and dramas, I never thought A piece of your mind would've left such an impact on me. Now I know why people were so sad because they cut out 4 episodes from drama out of 16 episodes. I could've enjoyed a few more episodes.

A Piece Of Your Mind” Cast Share Messages Of Comfort And Warmth In ...

I've been watching a lot of crime, action, thriller and all the heavy stuff. All the fighting and killings excites me every time I watch it. It doesn't bore me as much as all the other genres. But surprisingly, this one is quite nice to watch. I guess it doesn't hurt to change pace for a bit.

Not gonna say anything on the cast or storyline. All the actors and actresses played their roles beautifully. Yeah, I love them too. So, I'm gonna skip that part.

Chae Soo Bin Can't Take Her Eyes Off Jung Hae In In Upcoming Drama ...

My thoughts on A Piece of Your Mind Drama

A piece of your mind is soothing and healing. I know it's a bit slow for some people but I find this one really interesting. Maybe there's a part of me that needs healing. I enjoyed the drama. A lot. It is kinda sad because not so many people enjoy this. This drama really deserves more.

Despite what other people say about this drama, I just love it. I love the way they try to comfort and heal each other. Instead of saying words, it's enough by just being near and knowing that they're there for each other. They understand each other without even needing to say a word.

A Piece of My Mind' Episode 5: Jung Hae-in's Ha Won lets go of Ji ...

I don't mind all about the technologies they're trying to create and so on. It's a part of how the story grows. I do love the ideas. I think it's cool. Still, there were so many things that were hard to understand but instead of talking about that I'll just focus on the main characters.

Both characters slowly help to fix all the broken pieces together. That's just like how life is. Things go on and you need to move on. It doesn't stop until you stop trying and stop breathing. There will be a time when you just need to stop running and confront your own worst fear. Just like how In Wook finally overcame his grief towards Ji Soo's death and Ha Won worked up the courage to return to the place where he experienced so much pain. Each person finds their own strength to go on.

4 Ways “A Piece Of Your Mind” Was The Warm Hug Viewers Needed (HQ ...

For me, A Piece of Your Mind drama is not that heavy and not too light either. This drama leaves you points to wonder in life. It helps you doze off but at the same time you're eager to know what will happen next. You can expect it but you decided to wait for it. I understand why people kept on criticising the drama.

I would usually skip a few episodes if it is too slow but again, surprisingly I watch every episode of the drama. I was amazed at myself from doing so because this is so not me. Until the very end, the drama was very heartwarming. You know sometimes you can relate all that is happening in the story with yours. I mean all the emotions and words. It just caught up to me. Sometimes I paused a few seconds to actually absorb the words or when the emotions suddenly struck me.

Just like how it is now. We were given so much time to spare on so many other things, instead of going out. I gave myself a chance to watch something I usually don't. A change of pace in life as well as dramas. I hope you get what I meant.

I may have missed many other things related but this is just the main reason why I love the drama. An honest thought I had since I started watching it. Have you guys watched it? Will you give it a try for this drama? What's your thoughts on this?

Let me know in the comment.

Applying Special Leave for a semester

Applying Special Leave for a semester | Survived postgraduate study for the whole 2 years with sweat and tears but ended up needing to apply for a special leave due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. MTPR X BTS COLOR LENS: REVIEW | Last year I bought a box of daily wear lenses from an IG shop (klensmy) and have loved it ever since. It is the MTPR X BTS. Don't get me wrong. I'm not an ARMY and didn't even know that they collaborated with them until I discovered an IG shop which ships these lenses from Korea. You know how pretty and comfortable their lenses are if you've ever tried it.

MTPR is also known as metaphor, a Korean fashion contact lens brand. It is also widely known to be a champion of bold yet wearable looks as it provides "styling" for the eyes inspired by hit songs from K-pop super group BTS. The bestselling DNA and IDOL lines produced in collaboration with BTS showcase delicate dotted graphics and distinctive colours in monthly and daily version, allowing for plenty of fun experimentation. All of the brand's contact lenses are packaged with eco-friendly FSC-certified paper featuring BTS members and are 100% made in Korea.

What you should know about coronavirus?

What you should know about coronavirus? | Coronavirus and chronic illness got me curious and I decided to read about it. But before that let me thank all the front liners for all their hard work and sacrifices. Let's keep staying at home and stay safe in order for us to break this virus once and for all even though I am dying to go back to my hometown right now. It may seem impossible but I believe it is possible.

The reason why I choose Shopee: 100% Authentic

The reason why I choose Shopee: 100% Authentic | Hey guys, I hope everyone is doing fine. First of all, please please please stay at home. Let's help each other our by practicing social distancing. This is not only for you but also for the sake of the people you love and care. We're all in this together. Okay let me continue with my main agenda.

Who else love online shopping here?

Although I rarely do online shopping these days but I have to admit that at times I am very excited when choosing and buying things from online shop. You get to choose so many things that maybe even the stores don't have it. One thing for certain when it comes to online shopping is the shipping fees.

I also have one fear when it comes to online shopping.

Fake Brands.

The fact that it's fake makes me anxious about how the quality would be. I would rather spend my money on something that would last for a long time. I'm very particular about the things that I need, since I am not the kind who loves to shop or splurge my money on unnecessary things.

First Week of Indoor Exercise Routine | MCO Diary Extended

I've been keeping track of my exercise since the first day of quarantine due to the Corona Virus (Covid-19) since we're not allowed to go outside. That means no jogging and running for me. So, in order to make up for it I did indoor exercises instead. Simple ones.

Being inside doesn't mean you don't have to exercise. No excuses.

Define how boredom strikes you? | MCO Diary extended

It's day eight. And there's still another 20 days since the MCO is extended for another 14 days. I hope it'll be okay soon. But it's impossible since the cases keeps on increasing and this is our first time dealing which the virus. It was only yesterday they reported that the number of cases are going down. But not anymore. I don't want to comment anything on that since I know it's not an easy decision for them to make while trying to considered the well being of every person in the country.  Anyway, I hope you guys are doing well, safe and healthy. Having so much to do doesn't mean you'll never ever be bored. At certain times I am.

Breakfast menu at sushi king

Hello guys. How are you guys doing? It's the seventh day already of the movement control order. Time sure flies. At first I thought that it's gonna be super long, but the truth is it's not. Well, at least that's what I think. I haven't been much on social media because it's tiring from time to time. My life my rule. So I choose what's best for me. You have to do it too okay.

Finally, some sensible advice on Covid-19

Finally, some sensible advice on Covid-19

Good advice from a nurse..not from me!

“What I have seen a lot of are recommendations for how to try to avoid getting coronavirus in the first place -- good hand washing, personal hygiene and social distancing -- but what I have NOT seen a lot of is advice for what happens if you actually get it, which many of us will. So as your friendly neighborhood Nurse let me make some suggestions:

10 Things you can do when you're stuck at home

10 things you can do when you're stuck at home | It has been a very hectic, chaotic and scary moment for everyone. No matter what happens, I hope everyone is in the pink of health. Try your best to stay healthy. Before the restriction of movement takes places, I took the chance to go out for the very last moment just to get something for the 2 weeks quarantine. It's not the first time but it still saddens me and it actually felt surreal that this is all happening right now.

My Favourite Routine | Running

I've never really shared about my favourite things to do specifically because my post are very random. Many have asked me to share it but having less time to write and composed my post throws me out of it. Maybe I'll write a little bit detail on how I started to love running. I don't really run, most of the time I jog. It depends on my mood.

Why it's good to take some time off?

Why it's good to take some time off? | Occasionally I took some time off from social media.

Again, I took some more time off from updating my blog for quite a while. It's not that I'm out of ideas but something just seems to be off and I think that it's good for the brain. Yes, exactly and overworking can be very stressful.

These Pizzas Can Sing! Let's Try Them

Who's here is a fan of pizza?

I'm a big fan of pizza but don't get me wrong I would eat pizza once in a while but not every day of course. For me it's fun to enjoy and eat pizza when you're with your friends or family. Sharing is caring, right? Since I am away from home most of the time, this girl also eats pizza alone. Nope, not sad. It's fun to actually have a quality time on your own occasionally. I don't really remember when was the last time I had pizza but maybe it was a few months ago.

One thing which I love when going back to my hometown is having the opportunity to spend my time with my family and we sometimes had pizza together. Being away from them makes me miss them even more and I crave pizza so very often. Being a student who works sometimes doesn't allow me to actually go out that often so thank god there's a pizza delivery. I don't really need to drive and go out just for it.

Fun fact!

Back in the days when I still attended class for my nutrition subjects, we talked and discussed a lot of topics regarding foods and drinks. It's essential in our daily life so it's important to pay attention to it. One interesting topic was regarding balance diet and pizza was included. For me one slice or size of pizza actually contains a mix of nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fats and calcium. Grain is one of the primary ingredients in the crust although it may sometimes not be whole grain.

Pizza hut is not only famous for it's pizza but also variety of other meals such as pastas and desserts and side dishes. From time to time, if you're not feeling like pizza, you can choose many other meals such as carbonara, bolognese or even lasagna. Since pizza had a lot of choices these are some of my favourites and regular menus from pizza hut that I love.

Super Supreme

Hawaiian Chicken

Beef Pepperoni

Super Supreme was the first pizza I ever had since i was a kid. A fan of veggies? No I definitely am not a fan of veggies. But here's a story, I started to learn and eat vegetables when I try and eat pizza without removing any of the toppings. Long story short, I learn to eat vegetables from Super Supreme XD. It took a while but I think it's amazing how I built up the love I have for vegetables just from a single pizza. This is a true story.

Fret not, if you're like me and don't really have the time to actually go out and buy pizza, try delivery. Today it's even easier to order and enjoy your pizza since there's a pizza delivery. There's so many options and I would sometimes use FoodPanda. Food Panda Malaysia Delivery allows you to choose various menus to your liking to be delivered in front of your doorstep. It's very convenient when you really need it. Have you ever tried ordering pizza through FoodPanda?

I am so thankful that I can actually ordered them to be delivered to me when I am super busy or sick. At the very least you can still enjoy the food you wanted without having to step out of the house just for a box of pizza. Since it has been a while, I'm considering to get a pizza for me too. Are you still thinking of what to eat? Why not have pizza instead.

So these are my favourites. What's yours?

What I miss the most | Random memories

It's amazing how fast time flies and all the things that have changed in our life as the time goes by. It waits for no one. Sooner or later you'll realise the more you try to chase for something the more thing you'll forget. Yes, we aren't perfect and humans tend to forget about a lot of things.

A Beautiful Reminder

While doing house chores early this morning, my mum plays a video on her phone. I think it's a sharing session from an "ustaz". A "ceramah". It's short, a good one and I love it. While listening to it, the sentence at the very end of the video caught me.

Tips on planning a trip to Melaka

Tips on planning a trip to Melaka | After a long week of classes and struggling with my studies, I'm finally done with my final exam. It's time to take some times off. I decided to go to Melaka and bring my family along. Travelling with your family won't be easy as you need to make sure you yourself are well informed and that they're comfortable. Moving here and there won't be easy. So here's a few tips that work which I'd love to share with you guys. I've been travelling solo most of the time but this time I am taking my family along.
